Screenshot every threat, abusive call log, contact-list message, and fake legal notice. Note the date, time, phone number, and the platform (SMS, Viber, Messenger, voice call). The Bangon app's Harassment Log exports a CSV evidence pack you can attach to your complaint.

If the OLA scraped your contacts, messaged your family, or posted private info publicly, that's a Data Privacy Act violation. File at the National Privacy Commission. Max penalty is ₱5M and imprisonment.
SMART/Globe/DITO all allow you to forward harassing SMS to 7726 (SPAM) for telco-level blocking. Add the number to your phone's block list as well.
