How OLA reviews work

Each OLA card shows three community-rated metrics:

  • Rating (1–5) — Overall experience score.
  • Harassment (1–5) — How aggressive the collection tactics are. 1 = polite reminders, 5 = threats / public shaming / contacting your contacts.
  • Ease (1–5) — Ease of payment, app reliability, and customer service.

All reviews are submitted by anonymous device IDs through the Bangon app. No accounts, no email required. Download Bangon to add your own review.
