How OLA reviews work

Each OLA card shows three community-rated metrics:

  • Rating (1–5) — Overall experience score.
  • Harassment (1–5) — How aggressive the collection tactics are. 1 = polite reminders, 5 = threats / public shaming / contacting your contacts.
  • Ease (1–5) — Ease of payment, app reliability, and customer service.
